Our MicroAir units provide ultra low pressure air regulation and control for precise air sizing of extruded plastic tubing. By regulating air pressure to a set point during the manufacture and extrusion of tubing, our MicroAirs control the outside diameter. Models include the MicroAir I, manually controlled; MicroAir II accepts contact closure inputs from diameter gauge or other controller; MicroAir IV for bump tubing with high speed controls and multiple channel units for multilumen tubing. Ranges available are from 0-2" of water to 0-5 psi.
On Line Controls also manufactures Motorized Potentiometers, high precision proportional controls for automating analog driven devices.
